Terms of Service
Version 2026-07-21-subscription-v1 · Effective July 21, 2026
Service
CarrierOS is fleet-management and financial-estimation software offered by Outside The Wire Logistics LLC. The service may change, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Your account and responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use CarrierOS only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered, the users you authorize, your independent records and backups, and all operational decisions made from the service.
Professional review required
Calculations, quotes, reports, generated documents, compliance reminders, and driver-pay estimates are informational tools. CarrierOS does not provide legal, tax, accounting, payroll, insurance, safety, or regulatory advice. Review outputs and obtain qualified professional advice before relying on them.
Prohibited data and use
Do not store Social Security numbers, bank credentials, payment-card data, identity-document images, health records, unlawful content, malware, or information you do not have permission to use. Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service.
Trial, billing, renewal, and cancellation
Standard plans include a 14-day trial and require a payment method through Stripe Checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected monthly subscription begins automatically at the price displayed during signup, plus any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You may manage payment methods, plan changes, and cancellation through the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the portal states otherwise. Fees already charged are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. We may change future pricing with advance notice; a price change does not authorize us to charge a different amount without the notice and billing treatment required by applicable law.
Ownership and feedback
You retain rights in the data you submit. We retain rights in CarrierOS and its software, design, and documentation. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it to improve the service without compensation.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarrierOS is provided “as is” without warranties. Outside The Wire Logistics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for CarrierOS in the prior three months. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as CarrierOS evolves. Material changes will apply prospectively after notice. Questions or account requests may be sent to david@outsidethewirelogistics.com.
