CarrierOS
A practical switch plan

Move from spreadsheet archaeology to a clearer operating picture.

CarrierOS is designed to be introduced one workflow at a time. Keep your current records, reconcile the first loads, and expand only when the numbers and daily process make sense.

Four steps to go live

Start small, verify the math, then switch the habit.

01

Map your records

Download the CSV template, identify your load, driver, unit, date, revenue, and mileage columns, and keep your original workbook untouched.

02

Configure your assumptions

Enter fuel, overhead, fixed costs, pay structures, owner distribution, and the thresholds you actually use to accept freight.

See the setup checklist →
03

Reconcile one load

Run a quote, record the RateCon details, dispatch the driver, attach POD, and compare the calculated result to your current process. After signup, the private migration tool previews and validates history before any write.

04

Expand with an export

Use the built-in company export and filtered load CSV to preserve your records and make the transition reversible.

Carrier-assisted onboarding

You do not have to figure out the first setup alone.

Bring your current load sheet and one written pay agreement. The owner-builder can help you check the first result and identify what still belongs in your professional accounting, payroll, or compliance systems.
