What this tab is for

Compliance is a reminder workspace for operating records and expiration dates. It helps surface due or overdue items but does not verify legal compliance with an agency.

02

How to use it

  1. 1

Add the item name, category, responsible driver or unit, due date, status, and notes.

  2. 2

Review due-soon and overdue items from the Compliance tab and Dashboard alerts.

  3. 3

Update the status and next due date after the real renewal or corrective action is complete.

  4. 4

Remove an entry only when the record is no longer applicable; preserve required evidence elsewhere.

03

What to understand

Reminder system
CarrierOS relies on user-entered dates and does not query agency or insurer systems.
Assignment review
Expired or missing tracked items may affect equipment or driver assignment review.
Evidence
Keep official certificates, filings, and source records in the appropriate secure repository.
04

Good operating habits

  • Enter renewal dates early enough to allow processing time.
  • Assign a specific owner for each item instead of relying on a shared reminder.
