What this tab is for
Settings controls company identity, financial assumptions, overhead, reserves, quote thresholds, routing fallback values, and other organization-level defaults used by calculations.
How to use it

Review company profile and contact information.

Enter the fixed-cost, processing-fee, reserve, owner-distribution, and overhead assumptions that match company policy.

Set quote decision thresholds for margin, deadhead, profit, profit per mile or day, and revenue per mile.

Confirm the fallback diesel price and production routing method.

Save changes, then recheck a representative quote and load to understand the effect.

Use Export company data when an authorized owner needs a portable record of the workspace.
